Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern QK Tool Hub's browser tools, including word counting, currency and unit conversion, image editing and pixel art, world clock and calendar, images to PDF, PDF merging, page extraction and organization, and PDF-page export to PNG.

Article 2 (Service Characteristics & Free Access)

1. The Service is provided 100% free of charge without requiring any registration or login.

2. Content entered into text, file-conversion, and image tools is designed to be processed in your browser. External requests needed for exchange-rate retrieval, site delivery, analytics, and advertising are described separately in the Privacy Policy.

3. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time to improve system stability and capabilities.

Article 3 (User Obligations)

1. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe upon the rights of others.

2. You may not interfere with the proper working of the Service, nor generate excessive abusive automated traffic (such as DDoS or malicious scraping).

PDF tool scope and output review

Images to PDF creates a new PDF from images. Existing-PDF tools merge files, extract selected pages into one PDF, reorder, rotate or remove pages, add blank pages and save a selected page as PNG.

Password-protected PDFs, OCR and editing original text are not supported. Signatures, forms and bookmarks may not survive page operations. Review important documents after downloading the output.

Article 4 (Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability)

1. Informational Purposes Only: All calculations, exchange rates, holiday algorithms, business working days, unit conversions, and text statistics are provided strictly for general informational reference. We make no representations or warranties regarding absolute accuracy or completeness.

2. Financial & Contractual Disclaimer: QK Tool Hub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from transactions, foreign transfers, legal contracts, airline bookings, or project deadlines based on the Service's data.

3. Third-Party Dependencies: We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by telecommunication failures, third-party API downtimes, or browser incompatibilities.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

1. The Service UI, codebase, trademarks, and design systems are the intellectual property of QK Tool Hub.

2. All outputs created or transformed by users (e.g., edited images, converted PDFs, generated pixel art) remain the sole property and copyright of the respective user.

Article 6 (Third-Party Advertising)

To keep the tools free, third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense) may be displayed on the Service. Interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the third party.
